Hi,
We are trying to send quick replies from Architect flow directly instead of bot. So the use case is to give customer few option through quick replies right after the welcome message. Is there a way to send this from flow direct, like by passing the quick reply JSON payload in the send response action in Architect. Tried to do so, but did work. https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GWC/latest/Deployment/GWCRM - Tried to refer to this documentation, but seems like it is for widget chat and not web messenger Can you guys suggest if there is a way to achieve this?

Hi @maheshp93 For now you will need a simple Bot to send the QR and process response back End-User. See documentation here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-quick-replies-in-bot-conversations/

Thanks for your response. The problem is, I am trying to send the message through API from a workflow which is getting triggered through Process Automation (Triggers) when agent ends the chat conversation. So, from workflow I don't think we can use/engage a Bot. Hence, wanted to know if there is any quick formatting available now or in the roadmap to format the message that we send. Like a markdown syntax available for formatting a text. (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/markdown-syntax-for-rich-text-in-messenger/)
