Hi,
I'm using quick replies in bot conversations (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-quick-replies-in-bot-conversations/) with Amazon Lex and WhatsApp.
On documentation it says that first parameter "genesys_prompt" is optional but in my case when no informed it is not working, it supose to use the The text is the prompt to use when filling slots but seems not working.
Additionally I would like to introduce "new lines" when adding a genesys_prompt for formating purposes but when introducing "new line" in the text what I receive in whatsApp is text saying "MoreData".
Anyone can help with this?
