My agents started getting these errors recently..... Rate Limit Exceeded. Tooo many requests, please try again in xx seconds. They are telling me that the system is delivering them their allotted 3 emails, and then if a queued voice interaction comes in it throws that error. We have been running with agent utilization like this for years and this error recently started happening.
I got the same erorr message while navigating in the Admin portal, not even taking any interactions. Anyone have any ideas besides deleteing the cache folder and re-installing the software? That doesn't fix it by the way. Thanks!

These errors are being triggered simply by opening the performance view, or interactions lists.
Very similar to how Adam Long described his issue, this has not been as prevalent earlier, but the last few weeks we have been seeing a large increase.

I have also noticed an increase in these UI API request limit errors lately, usually just after I log in and almost always when navigating to the Performance Workspace. Being a seasoned admin I generally log in and navigate fairly quickly through the menus but I've had to slow that whole process down significantly to reduce the likelihood of experiencing errors.
Lately I have been logging in and leaving it for about a minute at the admin menu before opening up anything else. That was working ok but in the last few weeks it's still displaying errors after waiting for a minute after login, and I've made sure there were no tabs left open in the performance workspace from a previous session.

When reaching out to support, we are only met with the answer that this is a hardcoded limit, and they can't do anything.
Have yet to get a response to if the issue is with our own apps or if it is the Genesys modules causing the issue.
Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround? or is this just how it is?
