With Hurricane Florence bearing down on the east coast of the United States, this is an opportune time to discuss business continuity planning. One of the key features of a cloud solution like PureCloud is the enhanced resiliency these solutions can provide.
The PureCloud team is global, with business continuity plans in place to ensure the availability of our platform and the safety of our employees who may be in the path of the storm. We are also working with our third-party vendors to validate their continuity procedures. In addition, we are evaluating the need to delay non-critical releases for this week.
