I'm (more than) new to Genesys, in that we aren't actually going live for over a month yet. However, I'm trying to set up replacements for our current Real-time Reporting, and hitting a few roadblocks. Currently, we use an on-prem solution, so have various real-time metrics all rolled up into a PowerBI report. I've managed to recreate some of them in the Performance dashboard, but have been unable to find a way to get the total days penetration rate. I can see on the outbound campaigns tab, where it will show the progress of an individual campaign, but nothing for the overall day. For example, if we have 100,000 accounts loaded into the dialer that morning, I need to see 50% when we've dialed 50,000 of them, regardless of campaign. Any suggestions? Something obvious I'm missing?
