    Hello
    this issue was happening in October and it seems that appears again that Chrome distrusts Genesys Cloud for some reason and all attachments in emails are marked as malicious.

    When using Edge browser this problem do not exists.
    Can someone else confirm the same issue?
    Also can someone from Genesys confirm that the issue appeared and that you will check with Google?

    Hello everybody,
    just to update that Customer Care confirmed that this is a common issue across the region.
    Development team as I am informed, ,is currently working with Google regarding this error.
