I'm trying to receive notifications for calls in queue by using the notification topic v2.routing.queues.{id}.conversations.calls. When I call to that queue directly, it's working as expected but If I transferred the call from to the queue from a different queue (that's not subscribed), I don't receive any notifications.
For example, say I have two queues HelpDesk and Orders, and only HelpDesk queue is subscribed to receive notifications. Now, if I make a call to HelpDesk queue, I will receive notifications as expected, but I make a call to Orders queue and then does a blind transfer to the HelpDesk queue, I don't receive any notifications even though HelpDesk queue is subscribed.
Is there any way to get the notifications when the call is transferred to the queue?

Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate. Subscribing to that topic should generate notification events for any conversation in the queue, regardless of where it came from.
