Hi,
We are using the endpoint /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query to get Queue Observations data.
However, for one specific customer, we are receiving metrics which does not contain Qualifiers.
Here is an example of such case:
We would like to know what this metric means, how to produce this kind of metric and if this is a valid metric at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
