  • 1.  Recently Released Enhanced ACD Skills and Languages menu - What is the change?

    Does anyone have a screenshot of this enhancement?  I can't figure out exactly what changed where and the "Read more" did not help.  I know these enhancements roll out over the course of the week but I want to make sure I don't miss whatever was changed...or be surprised when I run across it.  

    Enhanced ACD Skills and Languages menu

    Genesys Cloud improved the appearance of the ACD Skills & Languages configuration menu. These improvements offer a more visually intuitive experience, ensure UX consistency, enhance accessibility, and do not affect existing functionality.

    Additional details

    Where:

    • Admin > Contact Center > ACD Skills & Languages

    One of the following licenses:

    • Genesys Cloud 1
    • Genesys Cloud 2
    • Genesys Cloud 3
