I have a recording policy built for one specific user and it is still not recording the inbound DID calls but it will record ACD calls to the WebRTC phone. The organization does have the PureCloud AWS trunk with recording disabled and I'm assuming the inbound call to the users DID are going through this trunk. It sounds like I have to enable recording on the trunk but I don't want to enable DID recording for all users, just a specific set of users. I can't use call routes and flows to enable recording because all users must have a DID assigned due to the Ebaums Act/E911 law.

Hello Hunter,
You'll most likely want to create a recording policy and limit it to only record for certain users / work teams, or create a queue for inbound calls to those DIDs.

How can I record a specific selection of DID's without recording the rest of the organizations DID's? Specifically inbound calls. Preferred grouping would be by division if possible.
