    Is there a way to run an audit to check what recordings a user has accessed, that doesn't involve checking every single call individually?

    I know there is the conversation audit API but that requires a conversation ID

    And the Audit API doesn't like the service "Recording" even though it is in the service mapping.

    I'm guessing not, but just wanted to see if anyone has found a way

    Hi Anton.  I know Audit View has nothing and there is not a good API call for that.  The Notifications Topic does not allow for that either.

    Ah, under Quality, not Recording, because that would have been too obvious.

    Don't suppose you also know how to audit live monitoring, I haven't found anything around this.

    No triggers or audit log for that.  I believe all we have is the iMonitoring in the Conversation Aggregation Metrics:  Metrics
