    Hi,

    I currently have this recording policy setup for one of our divisions. 


    1st - Based on this, Is it fair to say that no recordings are ever being deleted? After 90 days, they are all archiving? 

    2nd - I would like to update this policy so that calls are only kept for 90 days and then they are deleted. 
    Would I just remove the check from "Archive recordings after" and then check the "Delete recordings after" and put 90 days in there? I would then also update the section for "Delete screen recording after" to 90 days as well from 365.

    Your policy will archive call recordings after 90 days and not delete them.  Screen recordings will be archived after 90 days and deleted in 365 days. 

    If you want deletion in 90 days, unselect Archive and change delete to 90 days on both sections.
