When there are multiple internal and/or external participants in a conversation, how can the transcript JSON be parsed to determine which phrase was said by which participant? For example, If the phrase has a participant purpose of "internal" and there are two internal participants on the conversation, how can we identify which one said the phrase? We are using the guide below to try and understand the conversation transcript JSON document.
