Hi, I'm seeing latency on the recordingapi which we are using for chats, messages and voice recordings. Sometimes when using this api conversations requests come back with a 404 not found for up to 1 day after they started, sometimes more. Can you let me know when a conversation is expected to be available on the recording api?

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate this latency. I believe delays of a full day are not expected.
