Did you manage to work out what caused the recordings not to export? If you didn't, it might be worth raising a case with customer care to see what stopped the export with example interactionIDs

I believe so. The "Matching Criteria" filter is blank. Should not exclude anything. Seems to work more than 99% of the time. Just a few recordings per day are not moved.

We have an s3 recording export integration setup and working. However, rarely, some recordings are not exported to s3. The recording is available in the interaction detail page and can be downloaded. Using the audits API, we can see the Create event is logged. There are no warnings or errors. And there is no exported event in the log.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or know of a possible cause/solution?
