This flag will help/enable sending the SIP REFER message to the trunk.
The Release Link Transfer (RLT) option is available in the trunk settings. When this option is enabled, Genesys Cloud CX will attempt to use RLT to transfer calls to external destinations. If RLT is not supported by the trunk or destination, Genesys Cloud CX will use an alternative transfer method, such as transfer bridging.

In the Trunk config, you can set the default "FROM", its don't dynamically or you can use AudioCodes for manipulation to headers. I prefer to stay in this configuration in SBC every time.

If you have set to forward a call to your mobile phone number but cannot forward the call, I'm not sure where the setting is in the trunk?
Is this caused by setting rules on the trunk or audiocodes?
Can I redirect the number called from the incoming mobile phone number to the Agent number that forwards the call instead?
