Yes. Their guide is pretty good. Essentially, you setup a trunk with them and adjust your dial plan for 911 sends to them. The questions you will need to supply answers for are:
1. How are agents expected to update their addresses (usually through the RedSky app)
2. How are you going to support Ray Baum regulations that will most likely require a DID for each user
3. What type of notifications do you want to receive?
4. What will RedSky use for identification of the caller?
