    Hi guys 

    I suspect the answer to the below question might be more tactical than system but I was curious whether other people had come across the same issue and how you might have solved it. 

    We currently run a single inbound phone queue, separate inbound email queue and multiple outbound task and dial queues. What we have discovered, particularly in a year where forecasting has been so variable is that we are having intervals throughout the day where our occupancy is extremely low and we are needing to log staff into multiple queues to keep work moving through. 

    So my question......

    How do people leverage the system and queue arrangements to keep occupancy high? Is anyone running multiple interaction types through a single queue and still prioritise inbound phone interactions?
