I would like to retrieve the average handle time, average talk time, average hold time, and average after-call work time from the Performance View using the API Explorer. Could you tell me the endpoint to achieve this? I thought the following might be suitable, but it seems that it does not provide "averages." If there are any other methods, please let me know.
