    Hello everyone, 
     
    The customer is running several campaigns, each one points to a different list and a different flow.
     
    Is there a way to check for duplicates across multiple lists in Genesys Cloud? I know that we can do it in a single list by using a unique identifier column. But just wanted to check if there is also a way to check for duplicates across different lists? 
     
    The only way I can think of is that the client should ensure the list is scrubbed before uploading it. They should cross-check it against their other lists before uploading.

    I have also checked the possibility of creating a pre-call rule in Call Rules with data action, but our "Get contacts from a contact list API" is not feasible as it queries by  GUID/contactID and not by number (the reference id they have differs across list even it the number is the same).

    The automatic call list loader is off the table because they already have it and it is not working as they expect it to be. They are not able to change the settings for the automatic time zone mapping there.

    Any out-of-the-box implementation ideas? Thank you!

    Sorry, I don't know of any way to cross-check contact lists with each other once in Genesys Cloud. I think the system relies on your verifying lists before upload.

    I think you can have one big DNC list...but that does not necessarily apply when you are multi-tenanting/outsourcing to place calls for multiple customers.
