  • 1.  Remove number from DNC list

    No replies, thread closed.
    From my understanding the only way to update/remove number/s from the DNC list, we would have to export DNC, delete list, create new list, upload updated list, point list to campaign, all a manual process which poses a great amount of risk to DNC.  is there any other options through API Calls?

    Hi Clayton

    DNC list entries can have have expire dates now, so if you set an date for it to expire, it is effectively not on the list

    If you add a number that is already there it just updates it, so that takes care of the update.
