    Is it possible to change an agents scorecard so that they can't see where they compare to others?

    Thank you for your feedback regarding the Overall Average displayed on the various metrics in the scorecard. Currently, there isn't an option to disable this feature.

    I appreciate you bringing this up, as I hadn't encountered this question before. It would be interesting to know if this option would be beneficial for others as well. I encourage you to create and share your idea in the Product Idea Lab of the Genesys Knowledge Network.     Following - our agents said it didn't feel good to be compared to others. They would rather see a 'Me vs. Me last week or last month' gamification metric, rather than Me vs Them metrics.
