    Is it possible to change an agents scorecard so that they can't see where they compare to others?

    Hello Julie. Thank you for your message and for being an active part of our community!

    Thank you for your feedback regarding the Overall Average displayed on the various metrics in the scorecard. Currently, there isn't an option to disable this feature.

    I appreciate you bringing this up, as I hadn't encountered this question before.     Following - our agents said it didn't feel good to be compared to others. They would rather see a 'Me vs. Me last week or last month' gamification metric, rather than Me vs Them metrics.
