It was rolled out to all regions, but I have just seen that the fix was rolled back due to a different issue. The fix for this issue should now be rolled back out again this weekend.

We have not had recent updates and this was noticed yesterday so have not opened an incident with Genesys. I think we assumed it might be because of releases for this week. Sometimes that causes some issues randomly.

I have a user who is getting a "Request to remove favourite failed, please try again later" error when trying to remove favourites from their list. Followed the standard trouble shooting steps such as:
- Refresh the page: A simple refresh can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
- Log out and back in: This can reset your session and resolve any temporary issues related to your user account.
- Clear browser cache and cookies
Could this be an issue with a W11 system upgrade ?.
