Only the user can remove himself/herself from a chat room. You will have to change the users' passwords, log in as the users, and close each of those chat rooms in the users' UIs. Or, direct the users to remove themselves and hope they do it...

the members in the group has been removed, but on the internal chat "official group" the member is still in that chat, i want to know how to remove this user just from this internal chat channel.

If you navigate to Admins>Groups, locate the Groups you would like to remove the members from. Click Edit, then choose the Members tab and delete the user. Now, if these are ring group and the agents need to be in them, I would not recommend removing them.

Hello there.
My customer created several groups in his organization, this was to keep agents, supervisors and different roles in his contact center segregated with the bonus of the internal chat groups. But in some of these groups are members of other groups included and i can't seem to find a way to remove them. Is there any way to do this?
