  • 1.  Report Agent Logon failures

    Please advise  is there a way of finding out historically in CX,  to report Agents unable to log in to Agent Desktop using Single Sign on

    or it can be found only from console logs ?

    Not in Genesys Cloud, but you could look at your SSO logs to see that.  It should keep track of all use of tokens and those that failed.  Console logs will show this as well, but you know how collecting those after the fact can be.
