  • 1.  Report for Deselecting Phone

    Hi, 

    We're currently working on updating our current CSR roles to not include the permission to deselect phone. We'd also like to look back, and as a way to ensure that no one has unnecessary access to that permission, we'd like to get a report showing when (if) a user has deselected his/her phone. Is there such report?

     Please check the idea related to your question. The idea title is super long "To include report to know amount of time agents has spend in queue without selecting phone. Genesys allows agent to remain on queue without selecting phone hence agents are misusing this option to stay on queue without taking call"
