Trying to export a report using this API https://api.usw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/analytics/reporting/exports
using this report type INTERACTIONDETAILVIEW The API always reply with error Unknown Export Request Type When I try to use INTERACTIONSEARCHVIEW it works, but search view doesn't have all the required info, and I guess Detail view will have it The missing info I'm lookin for, if a call handled by 2 agents, I need to export the metrics per agent, like handle time, ringing time, and so on.
any idea how to use this report type INTERACTIONDETAILVIEW in the export API ?
