    Hello!

    My operations team would like to have some trending on a specific question on our Quality Evaluation form.  I don't see a way to get to the data in the platform; the API explorer doesn't seem to drill down to that level of data either.  Any suggestions on how I can extract question-level evaluation data?

    Hello Chris and welcome to the community, 

    This is currently an idea here. 

    I believe there are Quality APIs available today to get the data at question level. As to which one you would probably have to look at our API explorer in our dev center as I don't know which one would get that information for you.
