Similarly ,I've found with a new Topic/Phase testing tool that reports each interaction with a "Transcript Snippet" and a corresponding "Phase Confidence %" score. The business is looking for insights into how well a topic/Phase is performing.
Currently, I'm considering using the Phase Confidence % as a key metric to demonstrate topic performance. However, I'm wondering if there are other reporting approaches or metrics that could provide deeper insights into topic recognition, confidence, and overall effectiveness.
And if such out of box report is available, save time to reinvent the wheel.
Do you have any suggestions or best practices for reporting on topic performance beyond just the confidence score?

Is there any way to report on the results of a topic miner without having to loop through APIs for each level of topic, phrase and snippet?
We have the requirement to get a report of the snippets within each phrase within each topic picked up by a topic miner.
And bonus points if there's a way to list the interaction id(s) against each snippet ;-)
