I changed the 2 planning groups with single Route Path to a single Planning Group with combined-route paths. When I run the forecast, no issues. When I run a 5-week schedule for the next planning period, in the second week to the last week, every Monday between the same intervals, there is an inflated FTE requirement " Required Staff".
Week 1 - No Issues , given the expected Output.
Week 2
The next 3 weeks are more or less the same pattern.
Is the above the result of PG changes? If yes, is there a given timeframe required for the scheduling AI to normalise the Required Staff Output?
Note, I have already logged a call with Genesys Care to assist further.
