When I do a re-schedule to optimize the best time for breaks/lunches etc - I find it doesn't seem to make many moves to help service level %/answer times. We have a meeting planned from 12:30-1pm in the example below - I did a reschedule to improve the SL % in that interval but it didn't seem to help much - see below after the update;

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to try?
