    I entered a Resporg request. How can I confirm the status of it to ensure that it was completed properly and is ready to go for the requested time for the cut over of the phone number? 

    Also, how do I figure out who my case manager is at Genesys? I do not have a contact person to work with on any questions or issues.

    You should Email the provisioning team to ensure they got the request and the date/time is confirmed.  It seems there are a lot of manual processes in the provisioning team, so just stay on top of it with regular communications through Email.

    The provisioning team - is that the team that is losing the phone number that is RESPORG'ing to us? They did get a confirmation email after I completed the RESPORG form in Genesys. Should they be getting other communications? 

    If not, who is the provisioning team and how do I contact them?

    If you got the confirmation, that is usually all you get.  They will get it done on that day and time.  If you have questions or just to confirm with them, Email them at
