We are trying to integrate with a custom web service from a call flow in order to send some information that is not CRM related. We thought that we could create a custom action using the rest dynamic bridge connector, however when we try to configure this connector it appears to require setup with a CRM system. Is this the connector that we should be using? If so, how can we configure it to execute our custom action without having a CRM to integrate with?

The documentation for adding a connector is here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-bridge-actions-web-services-data-dip-connector/. If you're not seeing the WebServicesDataDipConnector as an option, you must open a ticket with PureCloud Support to have it enabled for your org.
