  • 1.  Restrict writing rights in a official group chat

    Hi,

    Is there any possible way to restrict via permissions/roles or in any way who is typing in to an official group chat visible for everybody?.

    Basically the idea is to create a Bulletin board group, where only a few people would post small announcements, so only a few people will be able to type but we want everyone to be able to read.

    Is that possible some how?

    Group permissions are pretty much on or off, not selective like that.  Here are a few ideas you might want to vote on:
    Remove the chat room for groups | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
    Add security controls around adding | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
