Hi Team -
Prospective Customer has asked if it is possible to restrict User Call Forwarding to certain destination types.
For example, a User is permitted to forward their Genesys extension to a landline, but not to their Mobile / Cell phone. In addition, the User would still be able to 'call' Customers on their own mobile phone.
Thoughts?
