  • 1.  Restricting International Dialing

    We have a need to restrict international dialing only to certain groups/agents and also not allow to certain countries. Outside of creating a completely different site with limited dial plan or different sites with different sets of international dialing plans what is the best approach? It would be good to be able to restrict at a more granular level at agent or group level.

    Following...my Business Partner is thinking of a Role adjustment. Regular Communicate Role will get International removed, but they will create a role to Allow me to assign an International dialing option. Yours does seem more granular since you want to restrict certain countries and allow others.
