Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi, does anyone know how long WhatsApp messages are retained so we can retrieve them via the API? Do you know if it could be changed?

We use:
/api/v2/conversations/messages/{conversationId}
/api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details

But it only returns messages from the last 60 days. We can access the conversation information, but all the message information no longer appears.
