    Hello,
    Is there a way to run reports on queues but to also include any queues that may have been deleted?

    Hi Jay - once a queue is deleted the queue itself drops off of most Performance views, the only way to 'run a report' is to start with the Interactions listing, export the data, and then do your own filtering and calculations from that raw listing of call data.
