After reviewing the post by Richard.Schott here: Activity Records Coordinated, we were not seeing the update to the task every 2 seconds as described by Richard. We did some tests and found that the only time the task is updated in Salesforce is when the call state changes.
Can someone please validate that only call state changes cause task updates, or perhaps there is a setting we need to alter that will cause the embedded client to do the update more frequently?
