Hi all,
Need some advise as i cannot find this info on Genesys Resource.
I have agents that are logged in to Org via Salesforce integration, the handle voice, email, social and chat interactions via Salesforce phone.
As far as i know, Genesys Cloud only supports screen recording via the Genesys App and not via Browser.
is it possible via the Genesys Salesforce integration to record agents screen while logged into Genesys Cloud via Saleforce?
