Subject: SF Component on iOS mobile app Description: I have developed a Lightning component embedded within a custom tab that contains an iframe URL for Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework(provided by Genesys). When accessing the tab, it redirects to the Genesys Cloud login page. Upon entering credentials, I can successfully log in using the Android mobile app. However, on the iOS mobile app, after entering credentials and clicking login, I am repeatedly redirected back to the login page instead of being logged in.
Do anyone have any insights into why this behavior might be occurring?

I would recommend that you open a Genesys Customer Care case on this topic since it is less of a development questions and more of a usability issue regarding logging in.
