Hi We have a couple of data actions to pause and resume recordings whilst calls are queueing.
The first to pause in in the in-queue call flow The second to resume is the page load action on the default script for that specific queue
This works fine when tested on CX, but when added to queues which are answered in Salesforce the resume action does not work and the recording stays paused.
Is this expected when using SF?
