Right now our agent work flow is to manually switch to interaction log view on the CTI adapter for salesforce as soon as the call starts, this way they can monitor where the task containing the interaction details attaches to (ideally it should be the case they're working on).
It would provide a better user experience, and better quality, if I could launch the cti adapter in interaction log view, anyone know if or how this could be done?
