hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can help. So we are using Salesforce Plugin and applying purecloud.CTIExtension.ScreenPop interface to execute screenpop.
Question is: can we capture event "CONNECTED" on this extension, because when we use this, this only apply for event "ALERTING"
We're having an issue where record is getting created and popping up even if the call didn't connect because the caller dropped before the agent can pick up.
Appreciate for any advise.
