  • 1.  Saving an email

    We have agents that need to save an entire email (attachments and all conversation history) to then upload into a third party system.  Is there a way for them to do this?

    We forward the message to outlook so the file is an .eml

    maybe set up a role that allows them access to their interactions with download permissions
