    Dear All,

    I have the need that from the client's website, WhatsApp (ITR bot) or through a web form the client can schedule the return of a call at a specific time or in a time range that we can establish.

    We were reviewing the APIs and we see the callback scheduling is "Deprecated"
    POST
    /api/v2/outbound/campaigns/{campaignId}/callback/schedule
    Deprecated

    What alternatives do we have to achieve this functionality, I hope for your valuable help.

    Thanks Meliisa, if I had seen the "Deprecated" ad and it raised doubts about the use of the replacement API

    I need to make a call to the client that requests a call back based on a specific time or time range (for example calling them between 3pm and 4pm), but without having had a previous call from the client.

    With this API is it possible? because I see that it asks for the {conversationid} y {participantid}
