Hello
When agent is schedulling a callback, he/she must write the number in E.164 format. This is required. Is there a configuration or something to write a number in a different format than E.164? Or is there some way he can schedule the callback without being forced to write the number in that format?

I'm not sure how you're scheduling the callback, but assuming this is some sort of customization, you could collect the number from the agent and your custom app can format it and make the API request with the correctly formatted number. There is no alternative to E.164.
