Thank You Alberto,
The Mountain time zone does (in general) observe Daylight Savings. States like Colorado and New Mexico follow that. But most of the State of Arizona, which is also in Mountain time zone, does not observer Daylight Savings. I was just wondering if Genesys Cloud was "smart enough" to know that if I picked Phoenix, Arizona versus Denver, Colorado in that Time Zone drop down, that it would adjust to not observe Daylight Savings. I do see now that the UTC offset noted for each is different. So I'm going to assume I am safe with the Phoenix selection.

Subject: Schedule Group for Mountain Standard Time and Arizona not observing DST
Hi Greg
If you check documentation if you select a zone that applies DST , this should be considered
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-the-schedule-group/
From the Time Zone list, choose the time zone to which the grouped schedules apply.
If the selected time zone uses daylight saving time (DST), this is factored into the time the schedule starts.
Hope this helps
Regards
Alberto

I've got to setup Schedule Groups to accomodate for calls from California (Pacific time zone) and calls from Arizona (Mountain time zone). I understand that Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time. Other area in the Mountain Time Zone do observe Daylight Savings Time. If I select the "America/Phoenix" Time Zone, does Genesys Cloud know not to use DST?
Is this correct?
