  • 1.  Schedule Publish by Management Unit

    Hi,

    We recently started using Genesy Cloud WFM and have a question about schedule publish by Management Unit.

    1) Forecast and schedules are generated, weekly, at management unit level 
    2) Schedule published, weekly, at management unit level 

    Question - If changes to schedules in management unit "A" are made and schedules re-published, will this re-publish of schedules of management unit "A", affect other management units?
    Any support will be much appreciated!

    Can you provide a little more context on the kinds of changes you are referencing? Is it editing a schedule like adding PTO or a meeting segment, or are you talking about changing work plans, or something else?
