  • 1.  Schedule view change in WFM?

When I opened up my schedule view this morning I noticed that the usual moving time "ticker" is no longer visible when I'm looking at the schedule for the day. I'm not sure what else to call it, it's the vertical line that represents the actual time of the day when looking at the full agent schedule for the day in the WFM section. I didn't change anything on my end, and it's not the end of the world, but I had become accustomed to seeing it, and it showed me, at a glance, where we are in the day.

Is anyone else noticing this today?

    Hi John,

There is a vertical pink line that shows up in the schedule view if you have the following options enabled in the schedule configuration (the gear icon at the top right):

    1 - Show Adherence
    2 - Show Adherence Uncertainty

It doesn't actually mean "current time", it instead shows how fresh or stale the agent data that we use to calculate adherence is.  It should usually be the current time unless there is a software problem/delay.

Let me know if you still do not see it with these options enabled.

Ah, thanks Joseph. I don't recall unchecking the Show Adherence Uncertainty, but I must have at some point. That took care of it, and yes, I am now realizing that I didn't describe what the line means correctly, and I do realize that it represents the last time it was refreshed. Thanks for your help!
